With more than ten years experience in Real Estate Todd has a proven track record in commercial real estate development and brokerage as principal & founding partner of a private real estate development & brokerage company and associate at Trammell Crow Company. A strategic thinker who capitalized on emerging real estate trends as a private developer (TOD Transit Oriented Developments) and successfully acquired, permitted, financed and built retail, office and residential units with realized market value in excess of $11.5 Million. Todd is an experienced developer and financier of brownfield sites acquiring and successfully remediating more than $4.5 Million of urban brownfields with state and federal funds. As a retail broker Todd has completed more than 80 lease transactions with leasehold values in excess of $55 Million and investments sales totaling more than $80 Million.

Eric is one of the founders of Sovereign Realty Advisors and a principal of Sovereign Properties and Investments which was created in 2005 to purchase and develop property throughout New England. Eric has handled all phases of the development process including soliciting private equity partners for project funding. Eric has successfully permitted, developed and acquired more than 34 multi-family units in the new England area with a market value in excess of $4.6M. Commercially Eric has acquired, permitted, developed and financed commercial property with a market value in excess of $5M. Prior to creating Sovereign Realty Advisors in the summer of 2006 Eric owned a large commercial cleaning company with sales in excess of $1.5M annually servicing many national accounts, catering to large building owners and property management companies.
As one third of the team that has formed Sovereign Realty Partners, Jay brings with him a tried and true background in commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate from not just the development side but also from the ownership perspective.
To date Jay has developed and constructed over 190 units of single family or condominium style homes. Jay has initiated those developments from the raw land and acquisition phase through the punch list and close out phase successfully. Jay has developed, owned, managed and leases well over 1.3 million square feet of commercial, retail or industrial properties. Jay's experience spans the decade of the late 1980's early 1990's real estate crash giving him valuable experience working with the FDIC and RTC REO divisions and the unique opportunities available to the patient investor those time present. Currently Jay's focus is in the re development of Brownfields sites in environmentally sensitive locations.
